Please do the following steps to get your account in sync again:

  1. From the Web App (https://app4.getitdoneapp.com) on your desktop browser, log out and log back in.  This will get a fresh copy from the server.  
  2. Compare the tasks on your phone and on the desktop.  Whatever tasks that are not in the desktop at this point are not synced to the server.  You should backed these tasks up by copying and pasting the info somewhere (i.e. composing an email to yourself).
  3. From your phone, log out and log back in.  This will get a fresh copy of your data from the server.


Everything should be syncing now.  Try to add a task on the phone and see if it's added on the desktop.  If it doesn't, shoot us a message and we'd be happy to look into it for you.
