If you are experiencing login issues or you don't see your tasks after logging in, please make sure you are using the latest app (version 5).
We recently released a new version of GetItDone. There were significant changes that required version 5 to be a separate app (read more). As a result, there are 2 versions of the app in the app store and online.
Here are the links for the new Get It Done app:

And here are the links to the old Get It Done Classic apps:
Just click the links on the device you want to use and it should take you to the app store or launch the web app.
It might be worth deleting the old apps from your device to get into a clean slate.
If that doesn't work, try logging in and out of the app. The logout button is found in the Settings of the app.
