After a few weeks of checking things off and feeling productive, it's time to clean up the completed tasks.  We've built a tool to sweep your completed tasks into your Trash folder.  


 


  1. Go to a Focus Area so you can see your task list
  2. Tap on thebutton on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Choose the following actions (NOTE: If you haven't done this in a while, this may take a few minutes): 
    • Move completed tasks to trash... - Moves these tasks so you can see them in the Trash folder instead.
    • Empty trash... - Deletes the tasks in the Trash folder.
  4. Choose OK to the confirmation dialog and voila!
