To reset your password with Get It Done 5:

  1. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc)
  2. Go to link: https://app4.getitdoneapp.com/
  3. Fill in your email address
  4. Select Forgot your password?
  5. An email will be sent with directions on how to reset your password.  Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.


To reset your password with Get It Done Classic V4:

  1. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc)
  2. Go to link:  https://app.getitdoneapp.com/app/.  
  3. Go to Login > Forget Password > and fill out the form.  
  4. An email will be sent with directions on how to reset your password.  Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.


For security reasons, all passwords are encrypted so we do not have a way to getting them without the original password.  Your only option is to reset it.
